The exact scope of Services may be defined in separate agreements, proposals, or statements of work between LykStar and a client.

3. Use of WhatsApp Cloud API and Platform Data

When we provide Services related to the WhatsApp Cloud API, we act as a technical service provider. You, as the client, remain:

  • The owner of your WhatsApp Business Account and numbers
  • Responsible for the content of messages sent via your account
  • Responsible for ensuring that your use of WhatsApp complies with Meta's policies and all applicable laws

By engaging our Services, you agree that:

  • You will not use WhatsApp or the Cloud API for spam, unlawful content, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • You will obtain any necessary consent from end users before sending them messages.
  • You will follow Meta's Business and Platform Policies, including WhatsApp's terms and guidelines.

We may decline or discontinue Services if a use case appears to violate Meta's policies or applicable laws.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including contact and business details
  • Use our website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to misuse any credentials or tokens we help you configure

In any case, LykStar's total liability for any claim related to the Services will be limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, if any.
